Mental Health Matters -Mental health is something everyone has, just like physical health. Yet, it is misunderstood, ignored or treated as unimportant. Many people growing up learning how to take care of their bodies, but not how to take care of their minds. Because of this, mental health struggles are often hidden behind smiles, jokes or silence.- Why and how can this happen? ~Mental health problems  happen because the human mind is complex and sensitive to many things. Just like physical health, mental health can be affected by what is happening inside our bodies and around us. Everyone experiences emotions differently, and some people may struggle more with their thoughts and feelings even if their life seems normal from the outside. ~Another cause is stress and pressure.
